Come and discover the semi-gourmet restaurant, Le Delos, and its captivating sophisticated and unusual setting. It is almost part of the Mediterranean itself. Since 2008, the cuisine has been conjured up under the watcheful eye of chef Bruno de Lorgues, a specialist in truffles.
Ile de Bendor is far from the hustle and bustle of the town. The absence of traffic and its picturesque architecture make it a unique and totally charming destination for a business lunch, a family meal or even the venue for your wedding.
Bruno’s menu is studded with a thousand and one delights including Steak Rossini, Potato stew with Brumale cream of truffle sauce, sauce Bordelaise with Tuber Brumale truffle… Delos Assortment or a Pressé of duck foie gras, apple and pear chutney, toasted country bread… and even a Truffle Breakfast: Brouillade with Brumale truffles, Serrano ham, fresh Goat’s cheese, Breads, Pastries, fruits, yoghurts and hot drinks…
The restaurant is open all year round. Service is from 12 noon to 2pm/ 7pm to 10pm in the low season and from 12 noon/2.30pm and from 7pm/10.30pm from 15 June to 15 September.
