The boutique workshops are clustered in the centre of the island and are home to artists, craftsmen and craftswomen and young talents. One of the “veterans” of the island is Antoine Ithamar, the glass blower. His famous “Titounette” (a stylised child’s dummy in glass) has traveled the world.

At the Jardin des Arts in Bendor, there are all styles of art: inlaid work made with flower petals only found on the island, ceramics, clothes, jewellery, recycled accessories, paintings and taggings… A Bohemian wind gently blows over this home of art where the artists are every ready to share with passers-by their passion for the arts.

Every season, artists and craftsmen and craftswomen present their creations in the dozen boutiques on the island. Visitors can take home with them unique and original souvenirs.
